   I'm looking for GM's ability to help us out.
   
   Requirements you should meet to Applicate:
   
   - Previous Experience with Game Mastering
   - Able to communicate at English + Native language + One more (If you're able to speak more languages you have a great pro)
   - Must speak fluent English (proper vocabulary - spelling, using correct times, sentences that make sense)
   - Experienced with Lineage 2
   - Being capable of working in a team, taking orders, listening to your superior and in general communicate with people and the rest of the staff.
   - Must be polite at all times (being a staff member means you'll be representing all of its members. Your actions reflect upon the image of the entire staff)
   - Able to handle difficult situations
   - Able to understand and Aid players
   - Trustable
   - Skilled
   - Active, 3-6 Hours a day
   - Be able to log in several hours a day
   
   Your job would be to manage the population using the rules we've set in place as guidelines, entertain the community by making events and advertising the server in any way possible.
   
   - Aid players
   - Handle situations
   - Host events

   Ka tas GM veiks ten tiek jei servas tuscias??? Vaikas geriau eitu po pamoku tas 3 - 6 valandas padirbti bent 15-20 eu uzkaltu.

   Man atrodo tai nera labai daug.
   
   Logitech,
   Mane tokie dalbajobai kaip tu uzpisa, kai pasako servas tuscias....
   Jai servas tuscias nereiskia kad blogas servas, tiesiog truksta reklamos...
   
   Jai tau sunku 3val pabuti per diena, tai pzdc.
   As pavyzdziui praleidziu prie servo reklamavimo ir tvarkymo 6-12val.
   Ir man niekas uz tai nemoka, tiesiog darau tai del malonumo.
