* Something skills enable hpRate fix(5%=>10%)
* commandHandler .farm/.pvp now fixed with all contains bugs (moving in UltimateDefense/etc, spiking character)
- Message of soul crystal when you farm tyrhanosaur dissabled
+ Message when your player is evasion your attack
